The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
Review and analyses active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
Utilizes multiple internet resources, including social networking techniques to source candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates fit and technical competence.
Present career opportunities to qualified applicants. Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent positions.
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Extensive experience in handling complete US recruitment life cycle.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT and NON-IT Technologies.
