Job Description

Agency Channel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & recruit right quality advisors to build a strong advisor base
  • Provide training on products, business processes and selling techniques continuously
  • Provide assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting and business development
  • Ensure that advisors provide right financial solutions to customers as per need analysis and they adhere to required business processes and norms
  • Achieve the business target each month for generating new business and advisor recruitment
  • Ensure that the selling through team of advisors is aligned to all business quality metrics
  • Be the first point of contact for the customer to authenticate the concerns raised and validate with authorities
  • Exercise due diligence at first level to prevent unauthorised/ fraudulent transactions

Candidates who are willing to be mobile and work across locations will be preferred

Banca Channel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branches (4 7 branches depending on location).
  • Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.
  • Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads.
  • Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities - DSR & LMS input.
  • Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
  • Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience. Qualifications: Masters or Bachelor degree. Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets:
  • Should be presentable with good communication skills.
  • Should be good at relationship building/management.
  • Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
  • Should have understanding of Insurance and related financial market products.
  • Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment. Work Experience: Six month to four years experience in, Broking channel within Life Insurance Company or direct sales vertical.

Direct Channel

Key Responsibilities:

Service through relationship management

  • Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base.
  • Ensure retention of in his/her allocated book of relations (existing customer database).
  • Act as single point of contact for customers for any customer query/complaint.
  • Identify financial goals of customers and providing financial planning assistance.
  • Competition Analysis for giving professional advice to customer
  • Fix self appointments everyday from the given customer database as per the campaign
  • Team Development (Subject to assessment)

Sales

  • Focus on cross-sell & up-sell opportunity in allocated customers.
  • Ensure successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards

Measures of Success

  • TAT adherence for updating System - CRM Next
  • Successful completion of cross-sell/ up-sell Business Goals month on month
  • Collection of payment/premium from 91-180 days due policies
  • Complaint Resolution /Customer satisfaction
  • Achievement of Retention Targets.
  • More than 90% attendance (of total working days)
  • Successfully score >=80% in the Functional Trainings imparted
