Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO- perform research on current benchmark trends & audience preferences - Design and implement social media strategy to align with our business goals - Set specific objectives & report on ROI
- Assisting in building brand assets for different channels of business
- Generate, edit, publish & share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos, news) - Update website content as needed (media, news, press releases, blog articles etc) - Collaborate across the company with marketing, research and development - Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely monitor customer questions - Build community following
- Oversee social media accounts design (Facebook timelines cover, Profile picture, Instagram bio & links etc)
- Suggest & implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions
- Stay-up-to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of social media manager experience
- Proficient in Google Workplace
- Demonstrated experience driving Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok content development
- Strong foundation in social media measurement tools and trends
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in community building on Discord, Slack, Reddit
- Ability to build, execute, measure campaigns & engagement
- Knowledge of data-driven insights, industry trends and consume research - Expertise in CRM tools (Hootsuite or similar)
- Experience with creative and design tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite - Skillset in email marketing, social media management, and basic SEO - Meticulous researcher, fact-checker and spell-checker
- Ability to manage content calendar and schedule of posting daily
