We are looking for a Project Manager
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 10+Years
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Leadership quality and decision making ability
(2) Able to size the project.
(3) Ability to provide the technical input to the team effectively.
(4) Understanding of functional and non functional requirements
(5) Effective Inter personal communication
(6) Planning, scheduling and Monitoring
(7) Ability to design the system as required
(8) Leading a team of moderate size
(9) Ability to face client effectively
(10) Leadership quality and decision making ability
(11) Able to manage all the project artifacts
(12) Understanding of ISO / CMMi processes
Person Specification:
(1) Minimum 10 years of experience in Open source technologies of Php with Laravel framework
(2) Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
(3) Should be proficient OOAD / OOPS: concepts and hands on.
(4) Should be able to design web applications.
(5) Should be able to design the database schema
(6) Should have good understanding of RDBMS and SQL programming
(7) Should have proficiency in planning and scheduling and team handling
(8) Should have client facing experience
(9) Should posses good leadership qualities
10) Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
(11) Performance Optimization Technique, System/database design concept
