We are looking for a HR-Talent Acquisition

Skills Required :

Qualification:Graduate
Experience : min 1year exp in HR-Talent Acquisition
Salary : 35,000 -- 40,000
Shift: Day Shift
Location: HSR Layout ( Bangalore )
Note : ( Work From Office ) Face to Face Interview Apply Only Bangalore Location candidates.

Responsibilties:

Responsible for the complete life cycle of total recruitment process of the company.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan andimplement
effective recruiting strategies.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levelswithin
multiple business units.
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
Coordinating with managers to arrange technical panels for interview.
Sourcing profiles from Database / Various Web Portals / LinkedIn
Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
scheduling the candidates for interviews.
Executed and Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports.
