- Set up a World Class Learning Centre that will enable effective delivery of the Learning strategies
- Design Functional Skills Matrix for all job roles within the organization
- Lead Functional Skill matrix assessment & evaluation of all shop floor employees on an annual basis, identify the skill gaps & design learning interventions to bridge the skill gaps
- Design and develop learning interventions to build the functional Skills and accentuate performance of employees
- Develop Functional, Sustainability trainings in Annual Training Calendar and plan the monthly schedules for delivering learning programs across job families
- Coordinate with various functional SPOCs (Single Point of Contact) to ensure the effective implementation of various Learning modules
- Develop Functional competency repertory with defined proficiency levels for all job roles
- Ensure documentation and record keeping of all training as per the benchmarked quality standards (ISO guidelines)
- Measure effectiveness of training to evaluate change in the competency levels against the objectives of the trainings
- Ensure standardization of learning interventions across all the zones for Functional, Systems & Sustainability Training
- Manage LMS content for Functional & Sustainability training
-Ensure complete adherence to Capability building guidelines and monitor execution of Operations Training
- Responsible for vendor evaluation for facilitation of External Training as per identified training needs
- Lead facilitation of Focused Functional Courses e.g LEAP.
- Tie ups with Universities for building Technical competence
