Job Description

We have Urgent Requirement for HR Manager (Females).

Location:- BKC
Qualifications:- MBA
Experience:- 4+ Years
Experience in Export, Manufacturing is a Plus.
CTC:- Upto 4.80 LPA.

Responsibilities:-
- Screening & Recruitment of candidates, which includes developing job descriptions, shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews and manage the complete recruitment process for the company.
- Develop and support in the implementation of HR Initiatives, PF and other Company Policies.
- Manage Administrative Payroll and maintain Employee Records.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure Legal & Statutory Compliances.
- Maintaining smooth onboarding process for new employees and training staff.
- Keep records of Factory Attendance and Factory HR Requirements as well.
