Recruiter Process : ITES - End to end recruitment.

HR -HR IT Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the full-cycle IT recruiting process (job posting to offer negotiations). Should be well-versed in sourcing the profiles from various channels (I.e.- Naukri, Job portals, Social Media, and other platforms).
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interviewing process.
Review and pre-screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews.
Have the ability and interest to recruit across many roles.
Maintain accurate and timely records in an applicant tracking system.
Should be able to close all the positions within TAT.
Should be able to take care of the End-to-End Recruitment process.
