Job Description:100% Remote Position. High Work Ethics Required
We are searching for a media buying manager to manage and run a team of 2 to 3 full-time media buyers and be responsible for the results. You will be working directly with the founder of the company.
Responsibilities-
- Oversee all agency media buyers, ensuring your team is on task and fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Have a daily meeting with agency media buyers
- Regular audit of all ad clients accounts-Onboard new clients into our Basecamp system
- Hire & train new media buyers as needed
- Monitor the latest trends in Facebook ads media buying
- Develop strategies to help ad agency be as profitable and efficient as possible
- Proactively seek out solutions to problems
- Communicate with clients to support media buyers
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues
- Participate in a daily manager meeting with other organization managers/executives
- Strategize for ways to ensure customer retention
- Ultimately be responsible to get results, period.
Requirements:-At least 3 years of successful & verifiable Facebook ad experience. Knowing google ads is a huge plus
- The ability to think creatively & act proactively
- Must work and be readily available between 9 am and 6 pm IST
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads, sales funnels.
- Prior experience with a digital marketing agency
- Experience with e-commerce clients would be preferred. Desirable:
-Experience leading a team or in management of any kind
-Experience with d2c & Lead Gen
