Generate Sales & Collection from Channel Partner (Dealers).
Need to travel 20-22 days in a Month and visit new & existing Channel Partner (Dealers).
Manage Dealer Outstanding (Payment & Overdue).
Maintaining strong relationship with the dealer by constantly being in touch with them, understanding their need and resolving their problem.
Appoint new Channel Partner (Dealer) in new & existing towns.
Ensure quarterly balance reconciliation from the dealers, reconcile the dealers account whenever required along with the sales team.
Check and record the Channel Partners (Dealers) stock level.
Gather market information in the form of competition pricing, product feature, etc.,
Required Candidate profile
Education: Must be a Graduate. Must have a good education background.
Experience: 1-2 years in Channel sales (preferably in Paints, Cement, Chemical, Steel, Mattresses, Beverage & other Consumer Durable which operates in Dealer model).
Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the month.
Age 25-30 Years.
Must have some persuasion and negotiation skills.
