Job Description
Responsibilities In this role you will help to coordinate Current's disputes and chargeback process, including investigating member dispute claims, coordinating chargebacks with our disputes processor, and conducting transaction research with a focus on fraud-related patterns Our objective is to process our member's disputes cases accurately and efficiently, and communicate our findings to our members in accordance with regulatory requirements and network rules This individual contributor role will also work closely with Compliance and Fraud Operations to monitor dispute and fraud trends Investigate and resolve member-initiated transaction dispute claims in accordance with Reg E and payment network (VISA) rules Conduct disputed transaction research using internal and third-party tools Communicate dispute findings to members, including pushbacks, dispute-related Member Experience escalations, and requests for investigation documentation Analyse dispute trends to identify fraud-related dispute abuse patterns Coordinate with Member Experience or Compliance on consumer complaints related to disputes and chargebacks Support in the development of team policies, procedures, processes, and training Interested candidates are required to send their resume to: hidden_emailEmployement Category:
