Technical Writer

The Company is recruiting a Technical Writer to be based in its New Delhi, India
office.

Job Summary

1. Write high-quality technical documentation for the company products
2. Create new and update existing help files using the help authoring tool
3. Explore product APIs and samples to understand the product and features
4. Collaborate with the technical team to make the products easier to use by
writing a simple instructions manual.
5. Create simple usecase samples to explain product features
6. Report issues with product's API, demo(s), website, etc. found during
exploration
7. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of products.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing in the relevant field
2. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
4. Expert skills in any Help Authoring tool
5. Understands technology
