Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- perform day-to-day operations, maintenance and support tasks across all our websites, applications and devices
- Design, develop, test and deploy customizations and new functionality - Propose system design/enhancements based on problems and product requirements - Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for designated users and roles - Maintain user access, roles and rights
- Work with department heads to understand the needs of the business as a whole and support their optimized use of applications and websites
- Support user request for new searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards
- Perform configurations, change management and testing activities as required - Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes - Troubleshoot existing customizations in the events of glitches and apply the necessary and industry-standard fixes
- Ensure data integrity (mass updates, duplicate detection and date merge) - Set-up computers, printers and other devices
- Oversee the overall IT infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, computer issues and printer issues
WHO YOU ARE:
- 2+ years of experience in Webflow
- Certified Developer (or working toward certification)
- Ease with developing for the responsive web and multimedia content development - Excellent grasp of HTML, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, APIs
- Understanding and knowledge of Figma
- Proficiency in web programming skills and general web functions and standards especially cross-browser compatibility (Mac and Windows), web user interface design, security principles
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
- Portfolio demonstrating your body of work in all of the above
