We have an exciting opportunity for Freshers in our organization. We are hiring Junior Revenue Cycle Representative.
*Overview of the Role:
Junior Revenue Cycle Representative (JRCR) role at IKS is pivotal in the fast-paced challenging US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management environment. The Junior Revenue Cycle Representative is responsible for resolving client billing problems and rescuing Account Receivable delinquency in a timely manner.
*Primary Responsibilities ( We will provide adequate training to perform your responsibilities):-
- Manage assigned receivables portfolio by ensuring outstanding/denied claims are resolved. -Reviews and analyze outstanding insurance claims, to get physician efforts paid.
- Identify trends and communicate findings/ errors to appropriate stakeholders in an effort to educate and eliminate future errors.
- Work with the insurance company on behalf of our clients, represent them, and resolve the claims within the timelines and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Interact with insurance org to get the required status update and have the claims resolved.
Job Requirement
-Graduates (Any Stream)
-Good Communication skills
-Aadhar and Pan card are mandatory
-Physical copy of the Provisional certificate with Final Marksheet is mandatory [soft copies on email or PDF non-submissible]
-Willing to work in night shift
*Selection Process:
1. HR interview
2. Aptitude test (Logical reasoning, Verbal Ability, Numerical)
3. Communication Test(Voice based test on Versant application)
4. Operation Interview.
