Roles & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US Recruitment working on W2 positions
• Hands on experience working with VMS.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in sourcing through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/Projects.
• Proficient in using job portals (Dice, Monster, Tech fetch, CareerBuilder etc. and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.) for searching candidates.
• Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
