Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and functioning of the entire accounts and finance vertical
- Responsible for all taxation and compliance related matters at the organization level
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of the MIS and all other financial reports to the top management on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, operating results.
- Responsible for preparation and verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
- Filing local taxes with the concerned authority on a monthly/regular basis and ensuring all tax related compliance within defined timelines.
- Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
- Able to assists proactively with cost control requirements.
- Able to prepare and submits management reports in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines.
- Monitors all local tax compliance that are applicable, and ensuring that taxes are charged correctly and collected.
- Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately.
- Ensures proper tracking of the company assets and making appropriate accounting and finance policies in line with the appropriate Accounting and Auditing standards are administered fairly and consistently.
