Job Description
1.Handle overall P2P(purchase to pay) Program threads including plan, process definition, define and track SLA/KPIs
2.Customer ordering Track and report the PO issuance, validate PO quality, validate the PO quality, liaise with key stakeholders
3.T&T invoicing - Projection to Invoicing of T&T CRs and Inflight Projects
4.Steady state Invoicing Liaise with stakeholders, Baseline SOT, Minimize approval cycle time.
5.Internal Audit readiness - Process and governance to be baselined for data storage ensuring right traceability.
6.Revenue Assurance - Cost versus revenue analysis : Collaborate with Finance and procurement team for periodic reporting
7.Account Receivable - Weekly analysis of invoice rejections and cancellations; set necessary KPI's and counter measures
8.Improvements - Suggest and implement Service improvement in end-2-end P2P process areas.
