Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Conceptualize and execute design work across multiple touchpoint including digital (site, email, social), print, video and campaign
- Uphold style consistency across brand and all design elements
- Translate video story ideas into visual approaches through illustrations and graphics - Participate in strategic brainstorming, concept development, creative brief development and creative execution
- contribute to creation of digital assets including E-Newsletter, Digital Ads & Social Media Campaigns
- Assist with elements of designs including Interior Graphics
- Prepare files for print and web publishing
- Basic editing of vector artwork and photos for production standards
- Design social media posts
- Create digital illustrations for our blog, articles, PDFs and other engaging visual features
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of graphic design experience (in-house creative studio is a bonus) - Strong knowledge of web design, Google Workspace & CSS/HTML
- Solid understanding and technical adeptness in Canva, Adobe Photoshop (and full Creative Suite), InDesign and other graphic design software
- Expert understanding of typography, layouts, graphic fundamentals, digital design & colour theory
- Knowledge of social media platforms especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter & Youtube
- Ability to problem-solve & perform well within a team environment
- Experience in Figma would be greatly preferred
- Strong visual & conceptual thinker with high creative and technical design skillset - Print, digital, and video experience is a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience leading design critiques with actionable feedback
