Job Description
:Cover a set of POPG & Transportation accounts assigned, build relationship with decision makers to managing repeat business and identifying the opportunities for the new products/ services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue of Tamilnadu
- Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the PPOG & Transportation segment .
- Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
- Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
- Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
- Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors
Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements
Revenue Generation from New Account - Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
Positioning of products and solutions - Monitor, Review and constant Feedback to team member(s) to perform and deliver
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. - Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in PPOG & Transportation segment.
