Job Description
Attend the Calls at Reception
Handle visitors, candidates and vendors who arrive at the reception
Co-ordination of interviews
Data entry pertaining to issuance of access cards
Handle complaints relating to Facility Management
Coordinate document and material inbound and outbound logistics
Inventory of office supplies and consumables
Company Transport/Vehicle Management and Catering facilities
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of company equipment to ensure smooth execution of company operations
Proper Filing & Record Maintenance
Assist with implementation of HR initiatives
Manage admin activities & housekeeping, when required.
