Job Description

We have Urgent Requirement for Team Leader - Recruitment (Malad - Mumbai).

Salary:- Upto 6.00 LPA
Exp: 4-6 Years.
Job Location: Malad.

01. Should have experience handling a team of 2+ recruiters.
02. Should have experience in IT Hiring and Headhunting.
03. Should be able to work on short deadlines.
04. Coordinate with internal departments to understand the requirements and projection of targets.
05. Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD.
06. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization, and benefits.
07. Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation, and pre-offer formalities.
08. Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board.
09. Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment.
10. Negotiation with potential candidates.
11. Responsible for team targets and joinings.
