Urgent | Hiring Training & Quality Assurance Specialist| Financial Service Provider |Bangalore

Job Role

• To be completely involved w.r.t the onboarding and induction of newly hired Tele Sales Officers and Frontlines on domain knowledge and processes around selling insurance
• Responsible for making the Tele Sales Officers pass IRDAI exam.
• Evaluate training needs and prepare training calendar to ensure training coverage as per the planned calendar.
• Conduct assessments and maintain training records to comply with audit requirements.
• Perform evaluation and certification of each Tele Sales officers on domain knowledge and scripts and upskilling them from time to time.
• Ensure calling quality with right selling behaviour, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through rigorous trainings, imparted in line with IRDAI standards and regulations You will be accountable to coordinate with the Team Leaders to expedite smooth functioning of processes and achievement of the desired sales targets.
• You will collaborate with the Manager Learning & Development and other key members of the team to ensure our training curriculum is current and effective in developing quality, engaged and productive sales officers.

Critical Competencies:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver sessions in local language
• Good energy and passion for training
• Ability to deliver appropriate training inputs - practical & relevant for the sales team
• Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
• Insurance domain expert (SME on motor & health)
• Reasonably tech savvy (Excel / PowerPoint / Insurer portals)

Note- Must Have Exp In Health and Motor Insurance
