Scrum Master @ Larsen & Toubro

Job Description

Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of multiple projects at the same time (including cross-program oversight) ensuring consistency with project management governance.
Partner with cross functional project stakeholders for project execution & representing technology team in various project level working group calls.
Proficiency with project management tool (PTS-W) & ensuring full ownership of project deliverables by adhering to SQM guidelines.
Ensures creation of project plan in coordination with Application Development team along with charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
Work closely with Application Dev Manager & Lead Business Analyst to resolve complex scheduling problems. Knowledge of AML processes a plus.
Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
Measures project management performance against standards.
Ensures appropriate project staffing levels and supporting org wide book of work planning & budgeting.
Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.
Creates the project risk management plan
