Job Profile: Service project Manager
Job Location: New Delhi
Job Type: Regular/Permanent onsite

Job description:
1.Organizing pre-installation meeting and site inspections at customer site with service engineers.
a. Planning of installation with the customer.
b. Schedule estimated installation and production start.
c. Checking local conditions as space, access to the building, provision of utilities and environment.
2.Operational planning and coordination of service technicians (domestic and WHL capacities).
3.Organization of customer training from Service engineers.
4.Coordination and ordering of service technicians (incl. rigging crews; provision of tools etc.) incl. flight-hotel, visa and pick-up arrangements.
5.Organization of machine shipment (mostly to follow L/C conditions, including planning of technician's availability).
6.Budget responsibility for
a. Rigging/Installation.
b. Commissioning, training, acceptance runs and warranty period.
c. Placing inquiries with rigging companies incl. control of budgets
d. Coordinating service engineers capacities and qualification
7.Tracking progress of installation including reporting and taking actions when needed.
8.Coordination and tracking of free of charge shipment
9.Coordination of technical problems between technicians and WHL (TPM or Specialist)
10.Taking care of all customer issues until end of warranty.
11.Handling of error messages. Coordination with various departments in HQ for speedy resolution.
12.Spare part ordering, dispatch and follow up until the part reaches customer site and is installed.
13.Coordination of claim management with sales division and WHL, if required.
14.Checking of travel expense reports.
15.Planning of service technicians according to their availability and requirement well in advance on time planning software Innosoft.
16.Ensuring the reports of work and working hours of the service engineers is created and replicated to the company's database well in time

Required qualifications:
The applicant should have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management role in service.
Should be a graduate with Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Candidates working in a senior service engineer role can also apply subjected to good and direct experience in handling projects at site.

Preferable skills:
German language
Master's in project management or related field.
Candidates working in German or Europe based companies will be preferred.
