Job Description

Civil site supervisor is responsible for planning & monitoring civil construction projects, overseeing all civil activities such as plant maintenance, civil projects, periphery maintenance. Also to oversee construction projects and supervise construction teams.

* Suggesting changes to construction operations to boost efficiency.

* keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction employee attendance.

* Examining and analyzing blueprints to make sure that construction projects are in strict compliance with design, safety and budget specifications.

* Overseeing, managing and instructing the construction team contractors subcontractors.
