technical issues, analyse and troubleshoot issues to get resolutions within the set timelines. He/She is also
expected to document the resolution steps in the CRM.ave dedicated our professional careers to improving healthcare.

The role of a Software Specialist is to communicate with customers (internal and external) to understand the
technical issues, analyse and troubleshoot issues to get resolutions within the set timelines. He/She is also
expected to document the resolution steps in the CRM.

1 Knowledge quotient

Be updated about the new features and
enhancements within the product
Be in tandem with technological updates

2 Deployment

Check technical pre-requisites
Take back-ups and perform pre-validation
Deploy the patch/fix efficiently within a set
timeline
Perform post-validation to check the output
Document the entire process and steps
performed in the CRM
Interact/respond/ communicate with internal
teams or customers to keep them updated with
the progress of the tasks.

Troubleshooting.

Check for hand-over tasks from other shifts or
other departments; probing for details from the
tech or the customer
Understand the case history/pre-requisites
Plan steps to be performed
Execute or implement the steps
Document the entire process and steps
performed in the CRM

4 Testing

Test features for which the fix was applied
Conduct application testing on SaaS
environments

Need IT Graduates With Good Communication skills , Sal Upto 5 lacs.
