Job Description

• This will be a Techno functional role

• As a project manager, you should oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarise the progress of the project etc
• Prior Experience in CRM Implementation Support (CRMNEXT, MS Dynamics or Salesforce)
• Proven experience in CRM On-Premise Implementation for large organizations.
• Strong understanding of SOAP and Rest based API integration methodologies and hands-on experience
• Exceptional Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft excel.
• Good understanding of the agile methodology and should be able to create comprehensive user stories and define acceptance criteria.
