We're looking for a team lead/ Assistant Manager for a Hospital in Banjara Hills. It's very reputed hospital and has in-house call center where customers call for inquiring about services, doctor appointments, getting rates for health packages, etc.
They have a team of 6 executives and expanding. Call Center Team leader will report to Customer Experience manager. They'll lead the team as well as do play individual contributor role. Call flow will be inbound. A brief of what's expected of you is mentioned below.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of call center agents for inbound call center.
2. Individually contribute to take calls and provide excellent customer service.
3. Handle Escalations, critical outages, etc and give customers a speedy resolution.
4. Generate reports and present to management.
5. Work with a positive and polite attitude.
6. Manage a team of 6-10 members, previous team lead experience will be helpful.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent team management and communication skills.
2. Minimum graduation is required for this position.
3. Previous work experience in call centre and hospitals.
4. Previous experience in medical call center or medical customer support would be an added advantage.
