Role Title Business Development Executive- MSME

Key Deliverables 1. Create new business from corporate and institutions

2. Retaining existing customers
3. Resolving the customer issues and queries on time
4. Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up with the customer for
collections.
5. Selling value added services to the customer and increasing business from
them
6. Immediate response to any customer requirement

Critical
Competencies

Should be abreast with the business trends/market opportunities
Good negotiation and Communication skills
Excellent people and relationship management skills.

Travel Required Yes.

Experience 2-5 years of experience
