Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible of driving Design, execution, and deployment of software engineering applications.
- Good experience in Safe agile concepts, PI planning and Scrum execution
- Technology exposure in DevOps, Test Automation, Cloud and mobile platforms apart from application development technology stack.
- Prepare/ review all required Technical Proposal pertinent to software engineering.
- Project monitoring and tracking assign, track and evaluate /manage the performance of team again commitment.
- Experience in driving compliance on engineering metrics, code quality, unit tests coverage and also project management metrics.
- Support to recruit engineering personnel, technical staffing and project teams formation.
- Support preparation of Technology Roadmap.
- Support in translation of business requirements into technical needs where ever needed.
- Ensure software engineering personnel is suitably trained to perform all job function and suitably use project and software related tools.
- Experience into .NET or Java.
- Project management experience in managing Integration projects including Microservices on Azure Cloud, API Management and Web Applications .
- Expertise in managing Fixed price, Fixed capacity and Time & Material projects with focus on Scope, Schedule and cost.
