Small Jist of Requirement mentioned below:
1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (respective module).
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document user requirements
3. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and train users
4. Map user requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to meet the objectives.
5. Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP modules.
6. Identify gaps, issues, and provide work around solutions.
7. Investigate, analyse, and solve application problems.
8. Analyse and solve the SAP module issues
9. Update and maintain SAP functional documentation.
10. Document functional specifications based on business requirements.
11. Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and system Integration. Identify, document and perform functional testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of the solution.
12. Document test cases and results.
13. Analyse and scope end user authorization roles
14. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
15. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
16. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as and when required.
17. Develop and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of proposed solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
2.Minimum of 2 years SAP experience supporting (Junior support position).
3.Functional experience of a minimum of 2 years in respective functional area
4.Experience in integration points with other SAP modules.
5.Excellent communication skills
6.Ability to understand business processes from a user perspective
7.Ability to work in a team environment.
8.Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
