4. Setting goals for the business development team & developing strategies to meet those goals.
5. Give trainings to the business development staff.
6. Attending conferences and industry events.
7. Define the Standard Operating Procedures for effective sale
8. Manage the logistics & CRM in department.
Skills required :-
1. Good communication skill must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds & education levels.
2. Organization skills must be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off- site meetings and deadlines.
3. Time management skills must be comfortable managing a calendar & adjusting their scheduled as needed.
4. Technical & computer skills must have advance knowledge of technical and computer skills (Ms excel, sales software, online sites, etc.).
5. Self-motivation must be goal oriented, must have proactive, flexibility.
