As part of the Brand, Marketing and Corporate Communications team at SN TPS, the Assistant
Manager - Digital Marketing and Employer Brand will play a key role in SN TPS brand building
activities around increasing brand awareness, building the companys employer and talent brand,
and strengthening brand affinity. The role is also expected to develop marketing materials,
collateral and programs through extensive market research and analysis. He/she/they must
create marketing plans for brand awareness, growth and conversions, coordinate with different
experts, devise strategies to convey the brand's message, through the right channels and
platforms, leveraging paid, owned and earned media, and manage budgets and schedules. The
Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing and Employer Brand must be comfortable working in a fast
paced and complex environment as well as working with external agencies and cross-functional
teams.
Primary responsibilities
Plan, monitor and manage the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn and the company Intranet)
Consult in developing strategies for leveraging social media platforms to generate brand
recognition and enthusiasm
Execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the brand affinity
Plan and manage execution of webinars and webcasts (internal and external)
Work directly with content and design agencies for development of digital marketing
collaterals
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing efforts through web analytics
tools and develop reports to give insight on ROI and campaign optimization.
Maintain partnerships with digital agencies and vendors
Stay abreast of best practices in employer branding and communications.
Serve as a liaison between talent and communications teams to ensure recruiting
campaigns are handled efficiently.
Audit and standardise company messaging for all Talent platforms to ensure a consistent
voice, personality and look and feel for the brand across all social media channels.
Own social media campaigns from build to activation, guiding partners on social media
standard methodologies.

You must meet the qualification criteria
Masters degree in marketing, mass communications or equivalent
Certified digital marketer from reputed institute
6 - 7 years of proven digital marketing experience within IT/ITes sector(preferred)
Experience of working on employer branding campaigns
Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM and SMM
Perfect knowledge ofsocial media platforms(LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
and paid media landscape, including new/shifting platforms and solutions.
Keen understanding of web analytics tools (Google analytics, etc.)
Working knowledge of HTML would be an added advantage
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and
through a collaborative team setting, with external agencies and outside departments
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and prioritization capabilities to manage multiple projects.
Willingness and ability to stay up to date on new digital marketing trends and
opportunities
Flexible and able to change priorities and direction quickly and effectively
