Job Description
Hiring E-Commerce Manager (Self Motivated) with our leading Textile Manufacturing Unit in Ahmedabad.
- Experience : 4-5 years
- Qualification : Graduation
- preferred : Handling all operations on Amazon / Flipcart / Snapdeal / Indianmart most preferable
- Work location : Naroda, Ahmedabad
Role:
- Coordinate Order Processing, Stock maintaining, Warehousing, Packaging, Dispatch & Delivery and Returns of customer orders.
- Ensure Warehousing and Packaging as per norms of E-Commerce suppliers.
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
- Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
- Execute activities driven by data analytics.
- Identify Strategic Business partners.
- Design and implement the customer loyalty programmers.
- Implement the e-commerce activities.
- Maintain business partnerships.
- Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Prepare insights report on the data-mining outcome.
- Provide specialized knowledge and insights to the Management for development of E-commerce Activity.
- Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights.

- The E-Commerce Manager grows the E-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. He/She conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners. He/She works in a fast-paced digital environment. He/She ensures smooth operation in the e-commerce business. He/She must be collaborative and results-oriented. He/She must be technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure
