Job description:
Handling order from E-commerce website.
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants.
Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each order.
Process end-of-day reports.
Process and file invoices from vendors.
Answer potential clients questions about services.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Good data entry speed and are the most important requirements.
One should be presentable and have a professional outlook.
The role requires someone who is able to make regular outgoing calls on a given data and bring results and conversions.
We require someone who is sincere, honest, and capable of handling work pressure.
Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
