The Learning Consultant is part of the Onboarding team and is responsible for onboarding our customers. The Consultant is a key member who works on O&I projects and is the learning advisor to our customers. He/She would be instrumental in understanding customer requirements, and working with internal Adobe teams to effectively onboard the customer. Ideally, this person comes with a background in Learning Consulting, and has experience in implementing a SAAS-based Learning Management System. What you'll do: In this role, you will be responsible to:
Work with the Learning Strategist and the Program Manager of Learning Advisory Services in onboarding customers - you will often be working with multiple customers simultaneously
Troubleshoot complex technical issues especially in the areas of SSO, APIs, and other web technologies
Demonstrate ownership and willingness to deliver projects
Accurately document all customer interactions in a case tracking database
Ability to assess customer sentiment at all stages during the communication, to take the lead in escalating an issue on behalf of the customer and to arrange for a supervisor to mediate in the interaction if deemed necessary by you or if requested by the customer
Produce regular statuses to Adobe leadership
Advise customers on the technical aspects of setting up an LMS
Advise customers on onboarding and implementation strategies
Deliver multiple concurrent projects
Manage multiple client relationships - especially working remotely
Interact with a broad level of client contacts - from Learning Managers to CLOs and Directors
Present complex information in a clear manner, both written and verbal
What you'll need to succeed:
Technical degree with a minimum of 12 years experience in this or similar capacity.
Advanced technical knowledge in the following domains
Learning Technologies
Single Sign On Protocols
Use of APIs to build connectors
Web Technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
Ability to remain calm, have a flexible attitude and to work with minimum supervision.
Desirable: Advanced troubleshooting knowledge, with specialization in the domain of Learning and Learning Technologies
