We are hiring for international voice process.

Responsibilities:

• Provides information to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Performs assigned operational tasks and ensures adherence to timescales and high degree of accuracy whilst providing excellent customer service and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures and enables department to achieve high performance standards without compromising on quality.
  
• Work from office
• 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs.
• Night shift

• Flexible working in night shift
• NOTE: MBA, LLB, B PHARMA, MECHANICAL, CIVIL are not eligible.
