Job Description

Responsibilities

Demonstrated Experience

Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in QA/QC

Minimum 3-4 years of automation experience with exposure to working on Automation Frameworks

Must have used any programming language as part of automation work (e.g. Java, .Net, Python etc) for at least 1 year

Should have knowledge of Automation and Manual testing process including Defect Tracking/ Triaging, Test Case/Scenario/Plan creation, Automation Frameworks, Report Creations etc

Should have worked on any of the Defect Tacking tools like (JIRA, QMetry etc)

At least 1-year experience in Agile/Kanban Methodology

Role and Responsibility

Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate with business and technical professional

Able to lead an Agile team on automation assignments and manual testing

Ownership in all testing phases including planning and execution

Ownership of quality for products and releases

Customer/stake holder management

Work closely with Client, Business Analysts, and Tech Leads to ensure client requirements are delivered to market.

Participate in product team iteration planning, release planning, and coordination of dependencies.

Define, prioritize, and clarify features, test plans and contribute towards acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with Product Owners to contribute towards aligning backlogs and roadmaps across teams, departments, business units, and release trains.
