• Design and develop project schedule (Doc#14) in Primavera.

• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.

• Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.

• Timely Updation of Project Schedule and present critical area to management.

• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.

• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

• Lead Production planning activity and ensure daily meeting with all stakeholder to review targets.

• Review with Material team & Warehouse team and ensure timely delivery of material at line

• Coordinated with production, procurement, and shop foremen to ensure that production schedules were met.

• Created and maintained all work order required to manufacture materials to ensure on- time delivery.

Must Knowledge

• Scheduling (Excel, MS Project) Primavera will be added advantage.

• SAP Basic knowledge PP module.

• Good in stakeholder management.
