Your Challenge:


CRY - Child Rights and You is Indias premier child rights NGO. We work to ensure lasting change in children's lives by ensuring child rights through community empowerment. We do this by working with grassroots-level NGOs, communities and their children, influencing government policies, raising funds, and efficiently disbursing them, creating awareness and mobilizing peoples opinions on child rights.


Your Role


The role encompasses managing alliances and partnerships with corporates and individual donors across the globe( except in US and UK). The role responsibilities would constitute the following :


This position has team as well as individual responsibilities. The person will be directly managing a portfolio of large individual and non csr company relationships as well as monitoring and ensuring business through team members.

Create customized presentations and proposals for prospective individual and corporate donors and discuss the same with them.

Relationship building with both corporate and individual donors through effective donor servicing to ensure retention of donors.

Person should have basic understanding of data and Mis  and needs to Input into planning, budgeting and reviews: Analyse present and past data, locate trends, and evolve plans to raise resources

Implementing the planned fund raising initiatives with key individual donors including High Value Donors.


You:


You must hold a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or Mass Communications and have 5 to -7 years of experience in sales and marketing with an experience of managing subordinates or small team. Fluency and articulation of the English language is a must. A prior experience of making corporate presentations and writing proposals would be an added advantage.
