Venue Manager / Store Manager - immediate @ Mercurius Advisory

Job Description

We are hiring for Venue Manager for Entertainment CO.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide and ensuring excellent Guest service Achieving the venue top line targets and assisting in reducing the cost Evaluating and controlling the shrinkage of stock to 1% Recruiting, Training and Motivating Staff Preparing various game reports, and analyzing for profitability strategy along with the Operations Head Supervise the safety of staff, guests, and company property. Liaise with mall management, vendors etc. Actively promote the venue. Be responsible for the regular collection of money Responsible for the correct banking of all monies by all center staff Complete all paperwork as required by the Support Office with regards to statutory compliances To delegate tasks/duties to all team member bookwork, cleaning, minor technical repairs, follow up to ensure work is done. Actively promote the venue within the locality and adhere to company code of ethics .

Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage the work team. Ability to manage operations. Ability to develop and maintain a safe workplace. Knowledge of venue products games. Ability to plan and organize work. Ability to work with others as a member of a team. Ability to deal with guests. Ability to use initiative creative problem solving processes. Ability to work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge new card system etc. Required to work flexible hours.
