Job Description

a)We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an sales team leader .

b) The candidate should have experience in BFSI SECTOR / INSURANCE SALES ,he should take team review and meet all KPI'S assigned to the team .

c) The candidate should have knowledge of Sales process and should be good with presentation and Reporting skills and should have reporting skills to the higher management .

d) he should have the skills of implementing the six sigma rules he should have the knowledge of the quality calibrations.

e) he should have experience in maintaining process trackers, BAP'S .

f) He should have knowledge of Back End process. He should have handled a team of at least 10+ team members .

g) The person should be target oriented , synergy driven , has good knowledge of acquiring new clients and helping the team members in achieving there targets .
