Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take over all responsibilities of the entire software development function from getting requirements from BA to deploying fully tested working features on live servers. The Project Manager is accountable for efficient and effective software development. He/ She shall be good in the planning of sprints, controlling the entire development function, organising resources and coordinating with resources for the completion of the project as per scope and time. He/ She should prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project, and the productivity of employees. He/ She will work directly with all stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables fall within the applicable scope and are delivered as per schedule without errors.
The Project Manager @ would undertake the following roles and responsibilities:
- He/ She shall coordinate internal resources and other stakeholders for the timely execution of projects.
- He/ She shall ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and error-free.
- He/ She shall assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as well timely delivery with quality.
- He / She shall perform strategic resource planning and ensure resource availability and also need to oversee resource allocation to sprints/projects.
- He/ She shall develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of sprints and resource work quality.
- He / She shall measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and generate various data for proper decision making.
- He / She shall Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- He / She shall conduct a risk assessment in order to minimize the risk in projects.
- He / She shall Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- He / She shall create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- He / She shall demonstrate exceptional leadership and create second line leadership in the development function.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a project manager role in an IT Company preferably enterprise SaaS technology.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills Demonstrated experience in leadership and looking over P & L from a Software Development perspective.
