Job Description

Cost planning, estimating and BoQ production for MEP services
Taking off quantities, perform re-measuring and checking with BOQ.
Knowledge of pricing / market rates
To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs. Follow up of Certificates from Client/Main contractor.
Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
Post contract MEP variation evaluation and management
Estimation, rate analysis and backup documents preparation for variation order.
Attending meeting with client and consultant.
Assist in Preparing tender and contract/subcontract documents
Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders, tender negations and recommendation reports;
Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs;
Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.
Preparation and Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
Preparation and submission of EOT.
Preparation and submission of acceleration, delay and prolongation claims.
Invoicing and Payments (interim payment, final payment , release of retention etc.) follow up with Client/Main Contractor Accounts
