Job Description:
WE have requirement for our client which is a manufacturing company for Ayur Pharma/Healthcare products in Noida .The company needs Digital Marketing Head for Noida location for which the Job description is as under :-
Designation: Digital Marketing Lead, Noida location for India & Europe
Reporting to: Marketing & Digital Business Head
Department: Marketing
Location: Noida
Role purpose:
1. The incumbent would be tasked with owning performance marketing & growth strategy for the business across all brand websites
2. Establish a scalable growth model ensuring profitable sales growth
3. The incumbent will be a change agent to drive excellence in execution in digital marketing as well as innovation to transform the way the brands connect with their target consumers
KRA:
1. Own & drive the entire digital marketing strategy & execution, incl. SEO, PPM, Email, WhatsApp etc.
2. Track, Analyse and Report on key performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM data etc and
identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs
3. Identify trends and insights on user behaviour and preferences, and optimize spend and campaign
performance; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
4. Track, review and drive overall business as well as category wise growth against stated ambition
(topline, txns & profitability)
5. Develop a prioritized calendar of plans supporting the annual brand plans of brands, with digital
campaigns that are aligned with the overall brand campaigns
Key competencies:
1. In-depth knowledge and experience about various products that aid in these efforts. viz Google
AdWords, Facebook ads, Shopify, Magento
2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, PPC campaigns, programmatic, email and
display advertising campaigns
3. Good knowledge about website design, including both UI & UX
4. Up to date on latest trends and working knowledge of ad serving tools
5. Experience of managing performance marketing in an European geography would be a huge plus
What will you need to succeed:
1. MBA, Min 7years+ of proven experience in performance marketing for FMCG, Health care brands in India and Europe
2. Strategic thinking with knack for implementation / Entrepreneurship ability
3. Go getter attitude, data analytics, good logical reasoning, strong communication skills with attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills
4. Self-Motivated, Action Oriented, Drive for results along with strong business planning, functional and technical Skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
