Roles and Responsibilities

• Receiving & verification of finished orders as per schedule.
• Recording receipt of stock details as per SOP in Goods receiving ERP system correctly & in timely fashion.
• Stack orders along with customers Invoices in storage areas such that they can be easily retrieved on demand.
• Issue orders to customers as per their Invoices.
• Reconcile the items issued vis--vis the Invoices and collect money
• Record these transactions in the ERP system.
• Handling customer returns, exception scenarios.
• Handling payment refunds etc.
• Facility management at PUPs
• Maintaining customer relations & creating a positive atmosphere for customers during their visit.
• Responsible for cash reconciliation with Accounts records.
• Coordination with customers for pending orders and with call centres on order updates.
