Please find below job description

• Integration of pulmonary departments in all 3 centre's under the umbrella of ABAPS, in terms of practice/service/educational point of view
• Multi-tasking and coordinating with clinicians, paramedical staff and Administrators from all 3 centres
• Responsible for inventory management for all materials and equipment required to operate the unit as per the clinical and operational standards.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and pushing the multiple subprograms of ABAPS such as Transplant, ECMO, Interventional Pulmonology and Specialty clinics among others
• Ensure high quality service, high standards above what is prevalent in the city and state and unprecedented excellence - this has to be driven in a partnership with clinicians administrators and disseminated to the community at large
• Audits, course corrections and data collection and action is an integral part of the duty spectrum
• Communicate well with multiple stakeholders, document, and email and chart progress for reporting and action.
