Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for provisioning, maintaining & providing support on technology.
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience required with Cisco, Citrix NetScaler, Checkpoint, FortiGate, Palo Alto& Juniper (JNAS) products.
• Produce and maintain documentation on installations, incidents, and procedures.
• L2 level of troubleshooting and resolution of problems on Load Balancers, Firewalls & Software Defined Networking.
• Responsible for all Network Security and Services including Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxies, Remote Access,
• Streaming Media, WAN Acceleration, Wireless and DNS.
• Must be able to deploy load balancers for Citrix NetScaler and Software Defined Networking. Understand load balancing strategies/techniques, expertise in application switching/traffic management.
• Need to have complete understanding of basic load balancer configurations, including migrating configurations and general troubleshooting of the load balancers. Preferred experience on IP Routing (BGP & OSPF), SSL
• Termination, Ethernet Switching, VPN's, QoS, WAN Acceleration, IP Services such as DNS, Web Proxy, Socks, Multicast, and geographic and/or local server load balancing.
• Troubleshooting of production issues and provides a detailed Root Cause Analysis report for the clients.
• Managing issues and maintaining cordial relationships with the clients. Market understanding and being updated with the latest technology developments in the industry.
• Certification for Networking Platform: minimum CCNA or CCDA, preferred CCNP or CCDP would be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to put requirements into operational scenarios and communicate effectively with management and customers.
