End to end recruitment - Sourcing candidates through job portals, consultants and internal job postings

Onboarding and Induction
New joiner pulse survey - 30, 90and 180 days
Deriving action points and insights from employee satisfaction surveys
Attrition Analysis & Exit Interviews
Conduct monthly employee engagement program

Job Specification:

Post Graduation in HR is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Sharp knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Job Location - Vikhroli West Office Timing: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm

Education/Experience
Experience : 3 to 5 years

age limit - not more than 33 yr

from Central area Mumbai (Ghatkopar, Chembur, Vikhroli, Thane)
