Short Description: Explore innovative methods as per the staffing plan to fulfill requirements for the particular unit in the region. Ensure process compliance within guidelines.
1. Posting job openings on various job sites and understanding the best way to source
for the respective requirements.
2. Initial phone screens.
3. Managing and setting up interviews as per demands.
4. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for
interviews.
5. Assist/manage other recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to enable a smooth hiring process.
6. Help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.
Education/Experience
1. 2+ years of experience in recruitment
2. Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
3. Negotiation skills
4. Experience of working at different sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work with short deadlines and handle pressure effectively.
